Why did you run for this position? My love for pro-bono. In my first year I was involved in many different aspects of the law society; from mooting to law netball but nothing was quite as rewarding as pro-bono. By becoming officer I can actually make a difference. Bonnie and Zeenat made pro-bono a great success and I believe with my organisational skills and experience I can continue with their efforts and expand the pro-bono projects. Describe your role in the Law Society As pro-bono officer, alongside Morshed, my role is to develop legal voluntary projects, ensuring pro-bono is successful. My role is mainly that of an administrator; overseeing projects, contacting the sub-committee and ensuring that each and every student can become involved. Career aspirations International Firm... so I can see the world. Describe yourself in 5 words dependable, outgoing, approachable, dedicated, passionate What hobbies do you enjoy? Try to keep up with the reading but then resort to Law Express and sleep between lectures. Any final words? Get involved with pro-bono
